By downloading, accessing, or using VOID (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
VOID is a personal mapping, planning, and organization application. The App helps you create and manage a private map of your life, including places, people, projects, goals, assets, events, agenda items, notes, affirmations, visited countries, and related connections.
VOID may provide local storage, cloud backup and sync for premium subscribers, reminders, map features, and device-level privacy controls.
VOID is provided for personal organization, planning, reflection, and convenience only.
The App does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, security, travel, real estate, or other professional advice. Any information, prompts, organization tools, reminders, or visualizations in the App are provided for general personal use. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
To use some or all features of the App, you may need to authenticate using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple account, and any device-level authentication such as Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode.
You agree to provide accurate information where required and to use the App only for your own lawful purposes.
You retain ownership of the personal content and information you enter into VOID.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you add to the App.
The App may offer a premium subscription that unlocks cloud sync, backup, and other premium features.
Premium features may change over time. If a subscription is canceled, expires, fails to renew, or is otherwise inactive, access to premium features may be limited or removed.
VOID may request access to device features such as location, contacts, notifications, Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode authentication. These permissions are used to provide App features such as map positioning, easier person entry, reminders, and local privacy protection.
You can grant, deny, or revoke device permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work if required permissions are unavailable.

The App, including its name, design, interface, graphics, code, features, systems, and related intellectual property, belongs to VOID (by Nicolas S.) or its licensors.
Your personal data, notes, entries, and other content you add to the App remain yours. You grant us the limited right to process your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App, including local storage and premium cloud sync where applicable.
The App may rely on third-party services including Apple Sign-In, Apple App Store subscriptions, Firebase Authentication, Firestore, RevenueCat, Apple Maps, MapKit, and related map or address services.
Your use of these services may also be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, billing decisions, or platform restrictions.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, always available, compatible with every device or operating system version, or that your data will never be subject to accidental loss, corruption, sync conflict, or deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOID (by Nicolas S.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
You agree that your use of the App is at your own risk.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account and associated cloud data from within the App settings where available.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or premium services if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, create risk for other users or the service, or if we are required to do so by law, platform rules, or third-party service providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms as we add new features or adjust our policies. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
