Welcome to BidGrip (“BidGrip”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our mobile application (“App”).

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Overview of Data Use

The App can initially be used anonymously, without signing in.
To sync data across devices or prevent data loss, users can create an account using Email, Apple, or Google sign-in.
The App is designed to help you manage your business, which means you will input data about your own clients and projects.
The App does not display ads and does not sell personal data.

3. Information We Collect

A. Account and Authentication Information

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

Anonymous user identifier (when using the App without signing in).
Apple or Google sign-in identifier (if you choose to link a social account).
Email address and password (if you choose email sign-in).
Subscription status (active/inactive, plan type) via our payment provider.
We do not store plain-text passwords.

B. Business Profile Data

To generate accurate quotes and invoices, we collect information you provide about your business, including:

Business name, contact name, email, and phone number.
Business address, country, and website.
Identifiers such as Tax IDs or Contractor License numbers.
Financial preferences (tax rates, currencies, payment terms).
Business logos uploaded to our cloud storage.

C. Client Data

To help you manage your projects, you may input data regarding your clients. This includes:

Client names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.
Private notes regarding the client. Note: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter your clients’ information into the App.

D. Quote, Invoice, and Catalog Data

We collect data necessary to provide the App’s core features, including:

Quote and invoice details (item descriptions, quantities, unit costs, pricing, discounts).
Document terms, notes, and payment instructions.
Photos: If you choose to attach them, we store images (such as “before and after” photos) related to your quotes.
Catalog items (services or products you save for reuse).

E. Technical and Diagnostic Data

We collect device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers (such as IDFA/IDFV) for analytics, attribution, and subscription management.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Operate the App and generate PDF quotes/invoices.
Securely back up and sync your business data, clients, and photos to the cloud (Firebase).
Process subscription entitlements.
Maintain security and prevent misuse.
Improve performance and user experience.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, nor do we sell the information of the clients you input into the App. We may use identifiers to track user activity across apps and websites for the purposes of advertising attribution and improving our marketing reach

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, utilizing RevenueCat to manage entitlements.

We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive subscription status information (e.g., whether you are a “Pro” user) to unlock premium features.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data (including user profiles, clients, quotes, and images) is securely stored using Google Firebase infrastructure (Firestore and Firebase Storage). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations.

Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and data directly within the App. When you trigger an account deletion:

Your user profile, client list, catalog, and all quotes/invoices are permanently deleted from our database.

Any images you uploaded (such as business logos or quote photos) are permanently deleted from our cloud storage.

Your local device data is cleared.

You may request immediate deletion of your data by using the “Delete Account” feature within the App settings or by contacting nsgn.one@gmail.com. (Note: For security purposes, you may be required to log in again recently before a deletion can be processed).

8. Anonymous Accounts and Account Linking

If you start using the App anonymously, your data is stored locally and securely in the cloud under a temporary ID.

Upgrading: You can convert your anonymous account to a permanent one by signing up with an email, Apple, or Google account. Your data will be preserved.

Data Loss Warning: If you log into an already existing account while using an anonymous profile, your temporary anonymous data will not be migrated. If you uninstall the App without signing up, your anonymous data will be permanently lost.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

Delete your account: Navigate to the Account/Settings screen in the App to instantly delete your data.
Access, correct, or delete your data.
Withdraw consent where applicable.

You can revoke camera and photo library access at any time via your device’s native settings.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is designed for business professionals and contractors. It is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own (such as the United States, where our database servers are located). We take steps to protect data under applicable laws.

12. Data Tracking and Attribution

We use industry-standard tools (such as Firebase and RevenueCat) to understand how users interact with our app and to manage subscription status. These tools may use device identifiers to attribute app installations and analyze marketing performance. This is considered ‘tracking’ under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as we add new features. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
